The 10'×12' kit is engineered for 175 MPH wind and 50 PSF snow (58 PSF maximum combined load). Custom builds are rated for 130 to 175 MPH wind and 20 to 55 PSF snow depending on configuration. Every install is still verified against your site's code requirements.
