Michael Taits attention to detail and punctuality where above and beyond what I would’ve expected, he organized the install crew and did the design and layout with the install crew and met me multiple times to ensure that I was happy with the design and once the awnings were installed, he made a point of finding what was wrong and he quickly had it addressed by the installer within a few days of the initial installation. I will be having Michael’s company do work at my business as well but this work was done on my farm property for my main house. The work was exceptional.

Anytime I had an issue or concern, he genuinely went above and beyond to help resolve it and make sure everything was taken care of properly.

What a great experience! Called 5-8-12 for the first time this afternoon. Got right through to Michael who was great on the phone. He was able to come right over within 90 minutes to assess our non-functioning Stobag motorized awning. He was super friendly and totally professional. Assessed the problem and diagnosed that it was a simple programming error that had occurred in our remote control. He fixed this for us and showed us how to work it in case it malfunctioned again. He did all of this at no cost, even though we insisted he send us an invoice for the call-out. Can't believe this kind of awesome service still exists. 6 stars if it was possible. Thanks so much Michael!
