We were so thrilled with Michael and his team. Right from the start in terms of communication and planning - they were so detailed and thorough with every little consideration. The install job went perfect and they walked us through the process and were happy to answer questions that we had - given our lack of knowledge. The team are expert in every way imaginable and I truly feel like they put on a clinic in terms of what customer service should really be like. Seldom if ever do you find this level of care, concern and custom1er service anymore. Recommend these guys 10 stars out of 5!!

I've been dreaming about a retractable awning for years and finally did it! Spent lots of time researching it online, visiting companies' offices in Vancouver and I'm so glad I chose Mike Tate and his team at Five Eight Twelve. He was very professional yet personable and listened to what our needs were. It felt like we worked together to pick the right awning style for us. The installation went smoothly and I'm confident that we'll be able to enjoy our beautiful yellow "protection from the sun" for many years to come--yes, sunshine yellow, but you can get them in pretty much any colour you desire. We are so happy with our purchase and can only recommend Mike and his team to anyone interested of sprucing up their patio. Two of our friends are also his customers with beautiful awnings on their patio and they too couldn't be happier with their customer experience and product (different style than ours, perfect for them).
