We recently worked with Michael and his team at Five Eight Twelve on our Oakridge project, and it was a great experience from start to finish. Their communication was clear, the turnaround time was exactly as promised, and the installation was done efficiently and professionally. Michael Taits attention to detail and punctuality where above and beyond what I would’ve expected, he organized the install crew and did the design and layout with the install crew and met me multiple times to ensure that I was happy with the design and once the awnings were installed, he made a point of finding what was wrong and he quickly had it addressed by the installer within a few days of the initial installation. I will be having Michael’s company do work at my business as well but this work was done on my farm property for my main house. The work was exceptional.

I can’t say enough good things about working with Michael. I purchased a Casabox awning from him in 2022 and have received exceptional customer service ever since. Anytime I had an issue or concern, he genuinely went above and beyond to help resolve it and make sure everything was taken care of properly. Whether it was walking me through troubleshooting, coming on site to help, or simply taking the time to ensure I fully understood everything, Michael always showed a level of care and dedication that’s hard to find these days. You can tell he truly stands behind his products and cares about his customers. If you’re ever in the market for an awning, he’s your guy. I honestly wish more vendors operated the way he does. I would absolutely recommend Michael to anyone without hesitation. Thank you Michael!

What a great experience! Called 5-8-12 for the first time this afternoon. Got right through to Michael who was great on the phone. He was able to come right over within 90 minutes to assess our non-functioning Stobag motorized awning. He was super friendly and totally professional. Assessed the problem and diagnosed that it was a simple programming error that had occurred in our remote control. He fixed this for us and showed us how to work it in case it malfunctioned again. He did all of this at no cost, even though we insisted he send us an invoice for the call-out. Can't believe this kind of awesome service still exists. 6 stars if it was possible. Thanks so much Michael!

We were so thrilled with Michael and his team. Right from the start in terms of communication and planning - they were so detailed and thorough with every little consideration. The install job went perfect and they walked us through the process and were happy to answer questions that we had - given our lack of knowledge. The team are expert in every way imaginable and I truly feel like they put on a clinic in terms of what customer service should really be like. Seldom if ever do you find this level of care, concern and custom1er service anymore. Recommend these guys 10 stars out of 5!!
